The main purpose of the registration procedure is to select the personnel that fits into the institutional management approach and the institutional culture; this corporate culture will continue to increase the dynamism and productivity of the business environment.

In order to achieve this aim, candidates who are present in the applicant's application or in the application pool are invited to interview and, if necessary, a special examination. The recruitment procedure of the candidates who have achieved the end of the interview is completed with a meeting where the organization's proposal is stated.
